Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UI Support Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for web-based UI applications
The role involves identifying UI issues, resolving front-end bugs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, monitoring application performance, and coordinating with development teams to ensure seamless user experience
The candidate should have strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser dev tools, and UI frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue
Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA/ServiceNow), debugging UI issues, and providing user support is essential
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling production support in fast-paced environments
Immediate joiners preferred
