Job Description

Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Debugging and resolving complex issues in existing software. Completing work on time with little to no oversight.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, and fellow developers, converting requirements into scalable, sustainable automation solutions.
Project Planning and Management: Contributing to project planning, including estimating timelines and resource requirements. Managing priorities and task assignments within the development team.
Mentorship: Mentoring junior developers, providing guidance, and encouraging best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing RPA solutions, with at least 2 years focusing on UiPath.
Experience with document understanding in the UiPath tech stack.
Ability to demonstrate competency in UiPath technical stack.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Required Proficiencies

Advanced Automation Engineering: Solid experience in streamlining complex workflows, delivering solutions that are both scalable and aligned with business objectives.
API Integration Skills: Skilled in building custom connectors to leverage APIs for seamless integrations between UiPath and diverse systems.
Showcase your expertise across a broad spectrum of essential skills, including Business Acumen, Platform Proficiency, Debugging Techniques, Exception Management, Detailed Logging, UI Automation Mastery, Utilization of the Object Repository, Excel, Email, and PDF Automation Capabilities, Sophisticated Data Handling, Seamless Version Control Integration, Application of Libraries and Templates, Workflow Analysis, Strategic Implementation Methods, Comprehensive RPA Testing, Orchestrator Utilization, Integration Services, Advanced Data Processing,
Enhanced UI Automation, Complex Control Flow, REFramework Application, and Mastery of Advanced Automation Concepts.

Preferred Proficiencies

Preference will be given to candidates with UiPath certifications.
Experience in Azure cloud a plus.
Familiarity with additional programming languages, such as Python or C#.
