We are seeking a skilled mid to senior-level UI Path Developer to support a crucial client project focused on migrating automation workflows from UiPath to the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing automation bots, reverse-engineering workflows, and facilitating a seamless transition to the new system. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and reverse-engineer existing UiPath bots to gather detailed functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with business analysts, Appian developers, and other stakeholders to plan and support the transition process. Identify dependencies, integration points, and logic within current automation workflows. Document workflows comprehensively to aid in migration to the Appian platform. Offer technical guidance and best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient migration. Participate in meetings, status updates, and progress reviews with clients and internal teams. Required Skills & Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation solutions with UiPath. Proven ability to reverse-engineer RPA bots and produce detailed technical documentation. Strong understanding of process mapping and business workflow analysis. Familiarity with Appian or other low-code automation platforms is advantageous. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
