We're seeking an experienced UI Lead with expertise in Vue.js to lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces for our web applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Vue.js, JavaScript, and front-end development, as well as experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of UI components and features using Vue.js
- Collaborate with designers to translate designs into functional UI components
- Develop and maintain reusable UI component libraries
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Vue.js and front-end development best practices
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with Vue.js
- Strong expertise in Vue.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
- Experience with Vuex, Vue Router, and other Vue.js ecosystem tools
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools like Webpack and Babel
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance optimization
- Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
