Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces for digital platforms and creating high-quality graphic assets for marketing, communication, and branding. The role demands a balance of creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of both design aesthetics and functionality within the fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Design:Design clean, user-centric Ul screens for web and mobile applications.Translate product requirements and wireframes into high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Ensure consistency with Bajaj Finserv's brand and digital design guidelines.Graphic Design:Develop marketing creatives, social media visuals, banners, emailers, brochures, and infographics.Create visual content for internal and external communications.Work on visual enhancements for presentations and campaign materials.Maintain consistency and high-quality execution across all graphic content.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech or digital product environment.Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and color.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.A strong portfolio showcasing both Ul and graphic design work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and compositionDesign tool proficiency Figma for collaborative design or UI/UX projectsKnowledge of branding and visual identity systemsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMeet tight deadlines without compromising qualityBasic motion design/animation (After Effects, Lottie)
