Job Overview As an E-commerce Account Executive, you will manage day-to-day operations on both Walmart Seller Central and other marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include optimizing product listings, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth operations across both platforms. Key Responsibilities Walmart Account Management Listing Optimization : Assist in creating and optimizing product listings for improved visibility on both platforms, ensuring SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and images. Product Inventory Fulfilment : Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstocking and coordinate timely fulfilment through FBA and WFS. Sales Performance Monitoring : Track key metrics such as Buy Box percentage and sales velocity, while analysing reports to identify growth opportunities. Advertising Promotions Walmart Advertising : Support the execution of PPC campaigns and manage budgets to optimize ad performance for better ROI. Promotions Deals : Help plan and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics. Compliance Brand Protection Platform Compliance : Ensure adherence to Walmarts policies, resolving operational challenges as they arise. Brand Protection : Monitor for unauthorized sellers or counterfeit products to maintain brand integrity. Customer Service Support Customer Engagement : Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues to ensure high satisfaction levels. Review Management : Monitor customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.
