Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Designer and Developer to join our creative and development team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and bringing them to life using front-end development skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for clean design, a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies, and the ability to bridge the gap between UI/UX design and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Convert design mockups and wireframes into responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript code.
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and browsers.
• Optimize UI for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct UI testing and debugging across multiple platforms.
• Create reusable front-end components and style guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer and/or Front-End Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to think creatively and provide design solutions aligned with user needs.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user psychology.
• Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
