Key Responsibilities

1. Capture Real Classroom Learning

• Travel across different AITS campuses as required.
• Shoot authentic, candid classroom activities as well as planned concepts.
• Follow our internal Content OS (hooks, pacing, colours, tone).

2. Create High-Quality Reels

• Shoot and edit in a clean, documentary-style format.
• Use provided brand templates, caption formats, and end-frames.
• Maintain consistent visual and narrative style across all campuses.

3. Maintain a Structured Content Library

• Organize footage and label raw files properly.
• Share content with the central marketing team on time.
• Maintain an archive for future campaigns and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong mobile + DSLR videography/photography skills.
• Ability to capture spontaneous, natural moments.
• Proficiency in Reels-style editing (clean, minimal – not flashy).
• Fast turnaround time.
• Understanding of natural lighting, framing, and clean audio.
• Comfortable working around kids, teachers, and school environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage ground operations.
• Patience, people skills, and storytelling ability.

Bonus Skills

• Experience shooting kids or education-related content.
• Familiarity with brand-led content structures.
• Understanding of social media algorithms.
• Good communication in Hindi + English.
