UG-NX Designer

Job Description – Design Engineer (Sheet Metal) We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer (Sheet Metal) for our facility in Sarurpur, Faridabad. The candidate must have hands-on experience in sheet metal design and strong proficiency in UG/NX software. The role involves designing and developing products such as modular conveyors, roller conveyors, assembly line conveyors, pallet conveyors, package conveyors, and conveyor belts. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to convert concepts into accurate 3D models and drawings. Experience in product design, development, and manufacturing feasibility is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop sheet metal components for conveyors and related systems. Create 3D models, drawings, and BOMs using UG/NX software. Ensure designs meet functional requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing feasibility. Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to support product development. Modify and improve existing designs for cost optimization and efficiency. Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and documentation. Ensure timely delivery of design outputs as per project schedules. Provide technical support during prototyping, testing, and production stages.
