We're Hiring: UC Implementation Engineer – Hyderabad 📍 Location: Hyderabad, India 🕒 Experience: 5+ Years ⏱️ Joiners: Immediate Only 🏢 Employment Type: Full-time Are you a hands-on Unified Communications (UC) Engineer with a strong background in implementing and supporting enterprise UC solutions? We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact! 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support UC solutions (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Cisco UC, Zoom, or similar). Integrate UC platforms with enterprise systems (Active Directory, Exchange, SIP trunking, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve UC-related issues – voice quality, video conferencing, endpoints, etc. Document implementation plans, configurations, and changes. Work collaboratively with network, security, and IT teams for seamless communication infrastructure. 🧠 Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in UC technologies. Hands-on with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Cisco UC or Zoom. Knowledge of SIP, RTP, SBC, VoIP, and other communication protocols. Strong experience in IP telephony, conferencing, and messaging systems. Experience with Office 365 integration is a plus.
