Job Summary

UAV Pilot

Key Responsibilities

• Operate UAVs for testing, training, field missions, and data collection
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, checklists, and documentation
• Assist in flight testing of engineering prototypes, including tuning and performance assessment
• Follow SOPs, OEM guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain flight logs and report anomalies or safety concerns
• Support UAV assembly, disassembly, battery management, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and mission teams during operations

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience

  in UAV operations, flight testing, or related aviation activities (freshers with strong fundamentals may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of UAV systems, aviation safety, or remote aircraft operations
• Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and technical guidelines
• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field-based operational environments

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (Small/Medium category)
• Experience with ArduPilot / ArduCopter
• Basic understanding of electronics, batteries, and RF systems
• Familiarity with mission planning and flight logging tools
