Uat Test Manager

Key Skills: User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Payments, RTP, Manual & Automated Testing, XML Payments, Testing Strategy Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle for payment systems, ensuring all functional and business requirements are validated. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases in line with payment industry standards and project specifications. Conduct end-to-end testing for real-time and batch payment processes, including XML-based payment formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Operations, Development) to define UAT scope, timelines, and deliverables. Identify, document, and track defects/issues using standard tools and ensure timely resolution. Generate comprehensive test reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and established testing methodologies. Analyze business and system process flows, document test findings, and suggest improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. Manage testing in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to new tools, system upgrades, and process changes. Maintain traceability of all test cases to their requirements for audit and compliance purposes. Coordinate with external vendors and industry bodies for industry-specific testing scenarios as needed. Skills Required: Strong hands-on experience in Payments Testing, especially with XML Payment formats. Experience with Real-Time Payments (RTP) and payment platform testing is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of end-to-end UAT processes and system integration testing. Strong analytical skills with ability to create and optimize process flows and test strategies. Excellent planning, organizing, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable test reports tailored to technical and business stakeholders. Experience in regulatory compliance and industry-specific testing environments. Comfortable in fast-paced, agile, and evolving environments with a proactive, structured approach. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UAT or QA Testing, preferably in the Payments or Financial Services domain. Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or other domain-specific credentials are a strong advantage.
