Job Description

Job Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company objectives and UAE market trends.
Lead and manage the sales team; set goals, provide training, and monitor performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and cultural practices in all business dealings.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
510 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE or GCC.
Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and sales practices.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Industries (as applicable):

FMCG
– Knowledge of modern trade and distribution networks in the UAE.
Real Estate
– Experience in property sales, off-plan deals, or commercial leasing.
Technology
– Experience selling IT solutions, software, or hardware in a B2B setting.
Automotive
– Fleet and dealership sales experience preferred.
