UA Manager- Gaming

As a User Acquisition Specialist at Nazara, you will play a crucial role in driving mobile growth at scale. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, you will be responsible for strategically planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other mobile channels. Your primary focus will be on driving growth, reducing CPIs, and consistently enhancing funnel performance. To excel in this role, you will leverage advanced tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch, or MixPanel to accurately track and attribute campaign performance. Collaboration with product and analytics teams will be essential to ensure that UA strategies are aligned with business objectives and goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of driving installs, improving funnel metrics, and achieving performance KPIs. A strong understanding of mobile attribution, campaign optimization, and performance reporting is crucial. Hands-on experience with key UA tools like Appsflyer and Firebase will be highly beneficial.
