Key Responsibilities Data Input & Management: Accurately enter data from various sources, such as documents and digital files, into computer systems and databases. Data Verification & Cleaning: Review data for accuracy and completeness, identify and correct errors or discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Record Organization: Manage and organize both digital and physical records to maintain accessibility and efficient access for operations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential data with strict discretion. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the department, which may include document preparation and filing. Report Generation: Compile and present data-related reports for internal use and decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications Typing Proficiency: Strong typing skills and fast data input ability are essential. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of entered data. Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and records effectively. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with spreadsheet and database software is often required.
