Job Description

The Two-Wheeler Workshop Manager oversees the daily operations of a vehicle service and repair workshop. This includes managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring quality control, handling administrative tasks, and achieving productivity and financial goals. The role requires a strong technical background in automotive repair, excellent leadership, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and repair work to ensure timely and quality service with Schedule and prioritize repair orders for optimal workflow. · Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. · Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate workshop technicians and support staff. · Foster a positive and productive work environment. · Liaise with customers to diagnose issues, explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and ensure satisfaction. · Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally. · Manage stock levels of parts and materials. · Monitor budgets, labor costs, and workshop profitability. Qualifications & Skills:Required: · Proven experience in two wheeler workshop management or a senior technician role. · Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. · Leadership and team management capabilities. · Excellent customer service and communication skills. · Competency in workshop management software and computer.
