Two-Wheeler Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Two-Wheeler Service Manager to lead the service operations of our JAWA YEZDI workshop in Howrah. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing workshop efficiency, supervising daily operations of a vehicle service & repair in workshop, This includes managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring quality control, handling administrative tasks, and achieving productivity and financial goals. The role requires a strong technical background in automotive repair, excellent leadership, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Management: Oversee daily operations of the service workshop, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction in workshop.
• Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Customer Relations: Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer complaints and queries, aiming for high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Business Targets: Achieve monthly revenue, profitability, and service throughput targets as set by the dealership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in an automotive two-wheeler service role (managerial or supervisory).
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
