Key Responsibilities: · Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and repair work to ensure timely and quality service with Schedule and prioritize repair orders for optimal workflow. · Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. · Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate workshop technicians and support staff. · Foster a positive and productive work environment. · Liaise with customers to diagnose issues, explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and ensure satisfaction. · Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally. · Manage stock levels of parts and materials. · Monitor budgets, labor costs, and workshop profitability. Qualifications & Skills:Required: · Proven experience in two wheeler workshop management or a senior technician role. · Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. · Leadership and team management capabilities. · Excellent customer service and communication skills. · Competency in workshop management software and computer. Team Supervision : Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff. Customer Relations : Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer complaints and queries, aiming for high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Business Targets : Achieve monthly revenue, profitability, and service throughput targets as set by the dealership. Candidate Requirements : Experience : Minimum 5 years in an automotive two-wheeler service role (managerial or supervisory). Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
