Role Overview:

● The Tutor Success Manager will act as a bridge between the tutor community and management, ensuring teaching quality, improving tutor performance, and driving student retention.

● The role involves mentoring tutors, addressing queries, analyzing performance, executing training programs and driving teacher-led revenue.

● The role requires the tutor Success Manager to teach at least 1 student as a tutor on our online platform to align with Cuemath’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor tutor performance and implement improvement strategies.

● Conduct training sessions and ensure compliance with teaching methodologies.

● Mentor tutors to achieve organizational goals and enhance satisfaction.

● Develop and execute strategies for student retention.

● Tutor Training - Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions

● Review and Rate teacher quality in classroom and trial sessions.

● Role play as student, parent and teacher in trainings and simulations

● Track KPIs and metrics for teachers pre-post training.

● Foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Technology, or Business.

● 2+ years of experience in tutor training, performance management, or community management.

● Strong communication, analytical, observational and problem-solving skills.

● 2+ years of experience in Teaching Math (K-8, NAM/ROW) at Cuemath

● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

● Passion for education and a growth mindset.
