Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or Mechatronics – or equivalent experience. Hands-on integration experience with multirotor platforms using Pixhawk, CUAV, Cube, etc. Proficient in flight control theory, MAVLink protocol, UAVCAN, GPS navigation, and telemetry systems. Deep understanding of power systems, ESCs, BLDC motors, batteries (LiPo/Li-ion), and EMI considerations. Strong command of tuning tools (Mission Planner, QGroundControl) and firmware configuration workflows. Knowledge of UART, I2C, CAN, and sensor data buses (IMU, GPS, Barometer).
