Job Description

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Implementation count between 2 - 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant.
Min. 3 - 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors exp with end to end Implementation projects
SF certification with exp. and expertise in modules like Compensation and Variable Pay
Experience managing work streams and different teams
Provided requisite training and knowledge transfer to clients to achieve successful deployment and user adoption
Provided recommendations with half-yearly and periodic system updates
Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay

Location and way of working

Base location: PAN India
This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
