Skills and qualifications

  • SuccessFactors certification in any module is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in implementation, support, design, or transformation projects
  • Strong process understanding and ability to work in global delivery environments
  • Passion for HR technology and a drive to create meaningful client impact
  • Collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
