Job Description

 
  • 8-10 years of experience managing Salesforce implementations
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Automotive and Data Cloud).
  • Automotive Domain experience would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience with scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent client collaboration and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with team spread across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI planning.
  • Experience tracking project velocity and optimizing resource capacity.
  • Education: Any Graduate.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of other CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Certifications:

  • SAFe certifications (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.) Or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications
