Job Description

8-10 years of experience managing Salesforce implementations
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Automotive and Data Cloud).
Automotive Domain experience would be an added advantage.
Proven experience with scaled Agile frameworks.
Excellent client collaboration and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with team spread across multiple geographies.
Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and PI planning.
Experience tracking project velocity and optimizing resource capacity.
Education: Any Graduate.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of other CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Certifications:

SAFe certifications (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.) Or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications
