Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer service solutions using MS Dynamics 365.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for customer service processes and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users on MS Dynamics 365 customer service features.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer service issues using MS Dynamics 365 tools.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 customer service and support principles.
Experience with designing and implementing customer service solutions using MS Dynamics 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex customer service issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
