Work Timing : 2 PM to 11 PM
Primary : Python , Robot
Strong experience in TSYS TSY2 payment processing platformsHands-on experience with API integrations, file handling (SFTP/FTP), and batch job monitoring.Good understanding of incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Desk).Incident ManagementLead end-to-end incident resolution for platform issues across TSYS, APIs, file processing, and middleware components.Vendor and Downstream CoordinationEngage and coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., TSYS support, payment gateway providers, etc.) to resolve external dependencies.Change and Release ManagementOutage Management
