The role is responsible for driving Project sales - Project Packing, Flexible Wire and Switchgears through sales volumes and market share and ensuring enhancing customer engagement in the assigned territory. It involves actively managing dealer relationships & driving demand in institutions like Government, Contracts and corporate developing new business and achieving the sales targets.

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech preferably Electrical/Mechanical background.

• 4 – 10 years relevant experience in similar trade/industry.

• Communication skill

• Thorough information about the product

• Mapping the customers, competition and changes from time to time.

• Keen to understand by listening to verbal and non-verbal cues.

• Dealer selection for new appointment.

• Finalization of terms and conditions for sale.

• Selection of dealers for routing the orders.

• Product mix for dealer’s sale.

• Manage dealer inventory.
