We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager (TSE/TSM) to join our team in the eyewear industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding our range of optical products, including frames and sunglasses, to optical retailers and distributors. They will oversee sales operations in the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, and build strong business relationships to grow the company's market presence. Candidates must have prior sales experience in the Eyewear or FMCG, or Telecom industry, and should possess a valid driving license and their own vehicle for regular market visits.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and approach new clients (optical stores, clinics, etc.) to expand the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with existing Distributors and dealers to encourage repeat business.
Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, orders, and payments.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support product and pricing strategies.
Attend trade shows or exhibitions events when required.

Key Requirements:

Experience
in the Optical Industry or FMCG/consumer goods or Telecom Industry with field sales background.
Proven track record in B2B/Channel Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with good analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & sales reporting tools.
