Trucking Insurance Customer service representative for USA based Insurance Agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our trucking insurance agency. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for our commercial trucking clients, assisting with policy inquiries, certificates of insurance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:1–2 years of experience in insurance customer service, preferably in commercial or trucking insurance.

• Provide exceptional service to commercial trucking clients via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Answer client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, policy status, and claims processes.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) promptly and accurately.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist with new business onboarding and documentation.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy information, coverage options, and claims follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to commercial transportation insurance.
• Support agents and producers with administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
