Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our trucking insurance agency. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for our commercial trucking clients, assisting with policy inquiries, certificates of insurance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:1–2 years of experience in insurance customer service, preferably in commercial or trucking insurance . Provide exceptional service to commercial trucking clients via phone, email, and in-person communication. Answer client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, policy status, and claims processes. Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) promptly and accurately. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Assist with new business onboarding and documentation. Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy information, coverage options, and claims follow-up. Maintain up-to-date client records in agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied, etc.). Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to commercial transportation insurance.
