Job Description

We are looking for a senior professional from the aviation industry to lead our Technical Support Services (TSS) team. This team works 24/7 to make sure all flights run smoothly. You should have strong knowledge of aviation operations, permits, regulations, and team management. Your job will be to ensure everything works well, flights are on time, rules are followed, and the team is performing at its best.

⚙️ What You’ll Do:✅ Manage Daily Operations & Teams
  • Plan team schedules, handle leave planning, and make sure there’s enough staff for each shift.
  • Set clear goals, monitor progress, and solve issues quickly.
  • Keep track of team performance and prepare reports using data and trends.
  • Ensure work follows company rules and industry standards.
✅ Team Building & People Management
  • Regularly review team members’ performance and help them grow in their roles.
  • Guide, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
  • Reward good performance and manage discipline when needed.
  • Keep a talent database to understand strengths, gaps, and future potential of the team.
  • Hire the right people for the right roles.
✅ Other Duties
  • Manage any task-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Take on other responsibilities given by leadership.
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 15 years of experience in customer service (aviation or travel industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of DGCA processes or certifications is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating and analysing performance data.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities – team, client, and operations.
  • A problem solver who is flexible and can make smart decisions quickly.
  • Great at managing people and knowing who to delegate tasks to.
  • Confident presenter, comfortable in front of internal and external teams.
  • Someone who understands how companies work and plans accordingly.
  • A team player who builds trust, resolves conflicts, and promotes unity.
🌐 Other Details:
  • Office setup: Open floor plan with cubicles
  • Work Schedule: Rotating shifts – 24/7, all year round
  • International travel: May be required (up to 5%)
