Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Treasury Sales Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team at the AVP/VP level. The role involves managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, deep market intelligence, and superior relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
• Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including FX, derivatives, liquidity, cash management and investments.
• Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.
• Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products
• Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  8 /12 years in Treasury Sales / Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.

• Education:

  MBA
