Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills Description:
• 8+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Capital Markets.• Good understanding of at least one major regulatory framework such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, or Dodd-Frank.• Good knowledge of trade reporting data flow and validation processes.• Ability to manage QA delivery across multiple workstreams.• Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with the Broadridge Trade Regulatory Reporting platform is a plus.• Good understanding of dependency management across testing streams.• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the QA function.• Proven experience in managing test deliverables and team coordination.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Exposure to SQL for data validation and reconciliation.• Familiarity with capital markets trade lifecycle.• Experience in automation testing tools.• Knowledge of Agile testing practices.
