Role Overview:

As a Treasury & Receivables Analyst, you will play a key role in managing News Reach’s cash flow, receivables, and financial compliance. You’ll work closely with the finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure healthy treasury operations, timely collections, and accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing receivables and fund flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track, follow up, and reconcile client receivables through detailed ageing analysis.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to manage and reduce bad debts and improve collection efficiency.
• Oversee timely invoice generation, including barter and ad-for-equity arrangements.
• Prepare and update weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and fund requirement plans.
• Monitor investor fund utilization and assist in preparing compliance and MIS reports.
• Execute daily bank reconciliations and manage vendor payments, salary disbursements, and statutory/tax outflows.
• Maintain real-time dashboards for receivables, inflows, and overall treasury health.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and legal teams for billing accuracy and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, treasury management, and cash flow forecasting
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and AR management
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with tight timelines
• Understanding of compliance and financial reporting in a start-up or media-tech ecosystem

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance) are an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
