Treasury Manager

Role & responsibilities

1.Analyse the financial requirement of company and meet the financial requirement in a cost-effective manner. Negotiate with banks to reduce the finance cost.

2. Manage daily cash positioning, cash forecasts, and liquidity analysis.

3. Coordinate treasury input for budgeting, capital planning, and financial forecasts.

4. Oversee short-term investments, inter company funding, and debt servicing activities.

5. Lead, bank relationship management, including credit facilities and fee structures.

6. Ensure treasury operations complying with internal controls and external regulations.

7. Support foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies where applicable.

8. Review and authorize treasury transactions and account reconciliations.

9. Implement treasury systems and automation tools to improve visibility and control.

10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders during cash planning and funding decisions.

11. Monitor interest rate and currency exposure tied to corporate finance activities.

12. Monitor daily cash remittance in bank accounts and channelize the fund to reduce the cost bearing fund kept idle.

13. Coordinate and Liaison with crediting agencies for getting a desirable rating in time.

14. Insurance the company's assets against all risks assuring the availability of compensation in timely and cost-effective manner and to review the adequacy regularly.

15. Supervise the operations of POS machines and ensure the timely receipt of money. Attending complaints arises from UPI/POS transactions.

16. Attend and monitor the cases relating to credit card and relating to other banking transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

* Qualifications in M.com, Preferably Chartered Accountant.

* 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance/Treasury functions.

* Strong exposure to cash flow management, banking, and treasury operations.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Proficient in MS Excel, financial modelling, and ERP/Treasury systems.

* Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
