D365 Technical Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment and Solution Design:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design and develop customised Dynamics 365 solutions, including customisations, configurations, and integrations.

• Implementation and Configuration:

• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 modules and features.
• Develop and maintain PowerApps and PowerAutomate workflows to enhance business processes.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet requirements and perform optimally.

• Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user problems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Training and Documentation:

• Provide training and support to end-users on using Dynamics 365.
• Document solutions and processes for future reference.

• Communication and Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 support.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience:

• Overall 5+ years of experience in IT Industry. Retail Industry experience will be a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance & Operations).

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management).
• Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant) are a plus.
