Job Description

The Treasury Associate will support day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow management, investment tracking, and banking coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient liquidity management and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily cash flow monitoring and fund transfers.
Manage banking relationships and ensure smooth transaction processing.
Prepare and maintain treasury reports, including cash position, investments, and borrowings.
Support investment operations and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely reconciliation of bank accounts.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Assist in audit queries and treasury-related documentation.
Identify opportunities to optimize liquidity and streamline treasury processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / B.Com with relevant experience.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, preferably in financial services or fintech.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Knowledge of banking platforms and payment systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
