Role & responsibilities

• On-the-Job Training:

  Master domestic airline rules, fare structures, booking processes, and baggage policies.

• Client Management:

  Handle calls from HNI clients, understand their travel needs, and provide clear, accurate fare information.

• Ticketing Operations:

  Execute bookings, process cancellations/modifications, and manage meal/seat preferences.

• Documentation:

  Issue boarding passes, handle billing for services, and dispatch tickets to clients.

• Departmental Growth:

  As you gain confidence, you will take on more responsibility, eventually leading a department within 23 years

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Minimum Class 12 Pass.

  Freshers are highly preferred.

• Age:

  21 to 25 years.

• Location:

  Must reside within

  30 minutes

  commute (via Metro/Bus) to

  Maidan Metro Station

  .

• Tech Savvy:

  Must be an expert in

  MS Word & MS Excel

  and have a

  computer at home

  .

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written skills in

  English and Hindi

  .

• Attributes:

  Sharp memory, quick recall, and high integrity.
