Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel planning and bookings (airlines, trains, buses, hotels)
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, and travel options
• Ensure seamless customer service and handle client queries promptly
• Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or holiday packages
• Manage ticket bookings for international travel
• Coordinate with airlines, travel portals, and clients for smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and confirmations
• Resolve ticketing issues and provide timely solutions to clients
