Safety and Compliance Trainee

We are expanding our talent pool and are looking for a service-minded, detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Executive to join our compliance team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between customers and freight carriers, helping to ensure efficient communication, proper documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the logistics and compliance domain while contributing to customer satisfaction and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance documentation and coordination between freight carriers and shippers.
• Help monitor compliance activities across departments to identify any potential risks or gaps.
• Work with the Compliance Team to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring all steps are properly documented.
• Stay updated with the latest in freight regulations and carrier policies.
• Support the onboarding of new carrier accounts, verifying documents and ensuring timely information exchange.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate compliance requirements and resolve queries.
• Help maintain a repository of active and up-to-date compliance files and records.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the USA market.
• Comfortable working on the night shift.
