⭐Job Type - Full-time Night and day shift Rotational

⭐Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in the travel and tourism industry.

⭐Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism / Hospitality background)

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- GDS software knowledge (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Ability to manage bookings, itineraries, and ticketing.

- Leadership and team management skills (for Team Leader role).

- Problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities:- For Team Leader:

1. Lead and supervise a team of travel agents to achieve sales and service targets.

2. Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.

3. Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.

4. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.

5. Prepare reports and analysis for management review.6. Build relationships with vendors, airlines, and partners to ensure best deals for clients.
