Roles and Responsibilities:- For Travel Agent: 1. Handle domestic and international travel bookings for flights, hotels, and packages. 2. Use GDS software to create, modify, and manage reservations. 3. Suggest travel options and provide customized itineraries to clients. 4. Manage customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa processes, and airline policies.6.
