Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Travel Specialist. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, assisting with travel management, and providing customer service. The role involves communicating with clients, planning and booking travel itineraries, and managing business travel needs. The Travel Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive and personalized travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Business Travel planning
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
