Role Overview

Tourism Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and sell customized

  domestic & international holiday packages

• Conduct

  destination research

  and create engaging itineraries
• Build and maintain

  strong client relationships

  , handling queries and providing travel solutions
• Collaborate with

  DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local partners

  to ensure smooth operations
• Promote tourism offerings through

  sales strategies, presentations, and digital platforms

• Monitor

  market trends and competitor offerings

  to enhance packages
• Achieve

  sales targets

  while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Support in

  tourism development projects

  , focusing on sustainable and cultural tourism initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in

  travel, tourism, or hospitality industry

  (sales + operations)
• Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and tourism trends
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Proficiency in

  CRM tools, MS Office, and itinerary planning software

• Graduate degree in

  Tourism, Hospitality, or related field

  preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Asian languages will be a plus.
