Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Travel Advisor to join our company, who will be instrumental in providing exceptional travel planning services to our clients, which will be of domestic in the initial period. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel, coupled with outstanding organizational and communication skills, to deliver personalized travel experiences tailored to meet the preferences and needs of each client. As a Travel Advisor, you will engage with clients to understand their travel aspirations and need to visit schools, colleges for the business. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Visit schools, colleges for the business Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create tailored itineraries. Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for clients. Need to provide daily reports for the completed tasks Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues that arise before, during, or after trips. Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster long-term relationships. Requirements Proven experience as a Travel Advisor or in a similar role within the travel industry. Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations focused on Domestic. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in travel booking software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and itineraries simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
