Job Role & Responsibilities

Handling GDS flights queries spanning for all 318 International AirlinesResponsible to provide excellent Customer Service pertaining to flight bookings for Ex-India/International sectors.Handling queries related to Schedule/Re-schedule.Processing Cancellations & Refunds for International fights.Responsible to take follow-ups on Ques handlingAddressing & processing all queries receiving through E-Mails & application grids (Amadeus & Galileo)

Required Skills Set

Must have good commands on GDS (Amadeus/Galileo).Should have good travel geography knowledgeExcellent Communications skills in English & Hindi (Both)Should have atleast 1 year relevant experienceReady for rotational shifts
