Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist based in Chandigarh. The Travel Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as planning and organizing travel arrangements, managing client travel needs, and providing customer support. Responsibilities also include coordinating business travel, offering travel recommendations, and ensuring seamless experiences for clients by addressing any concerns or requirements promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Business Travel
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
