Travel Specialist

You will be responsible for handling all Sales Enquiries at the Noida office, which serves as a Support Center for the UK Office. Your role will involve providing Cruise & Holidays information to customers and assisting them in making bookings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle all Sales Enquiries regarding Cruise & Holidays - Provide excellent customer service to assist customers in making bookings - Utilize your sales experience in the cruise and holidays industry to meet targets - Communicate effectively with customers through written and verbal channels - Use Galileo systems for efficient sales processes **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in cruise and/or holidays sales - Additional experience in Holiday Selling or Travel Products will be advantageous - Familiarity with Galileo systems is a plus The office timing will be 5.5 days a week according to UK times, with a fixed 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break. Late shift patterns are also fixed. Please ensure that you are able to commit to these working hours before applying. Please note that this is a full-time position, and only candidates able to commute to the office location regularly and start immediately should apply. Female employees will be provided with a free cab service after 10 pm. The starting salary for experienced cruise sellers ranges from INR 4,80,000 to INR 5,40,000 per year and for other candidates, it is INR 3,60,000 to INR 4,20,000 per year.
