Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and consulting with clients to create customized travel experiences. Daily tasks include booking hotel and airline reservations, coordinating special interest tours, and handling travel management tasks. The role also involves liaising with clients to understand their preferences and providing tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Familiarity with popular travel destinations and cultural insights
