Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist located in Chandigarh. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for managing and arranging travel itineraries, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing business travel requirements. Daily tasks include booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as addressing any travel-related concerns that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Business Travel requirements and protocols
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle last-minute changes efficiently
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
