Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant at Flight Desk India in Chandigarh. As a Travel Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing reservations, and offering expert travel advice and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Amadeus
• Ability to handle travel arrangements and reservations efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and software
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
