Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Consultant at Flight Desk India in Chandigarh. As a Travel Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing reservations, and offering expert travel advice and recommendations. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Amadeus Ability to handle travel arrangements and reservations efficiently Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and software Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
